The story

From a DUMBO
garage to 47 machines.

We built NYC Manufacturing because sourcing parts in this city was hostile. Quotes took a week. Nobody picked up the phone. Parts came back to spec but a week late, so the product demo already happened.

So we built the opposite. Same-day quotes on additive processes. Engineered quotes on CNC within 4 hours — from an engineer, not a bot. A service specialist assigned to every order, with a phone number and a first name. A shop floor you can walk onto.

Five years in, we still run it the same way. Just with more machines, more materials, and a waitlist for Multi Jet Fusion.
